Welcome to kaylascollectives. By accessing or using kaylascollectives.com (the “Website”) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from our Website. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.
2) Orders & Contract Formation
Placing items in your cart or starting checkout does not reserve items. Your order is an offer to buy the products listed in your order. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion (including due to product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing/description errors). A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
Orders cannot be modified once processed. For cancellation requests, see Section 7 (Order Changes & Cancellations).
3) Pricing, Currency, Taxes & Duties
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout (conversion rates may be set by your bank or card issuer).
Taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply depending on your shipping destination and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
4) Payment Methods
We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and buy-now-pay-later services where available).
By submitting a payment method, you represent you are authorized to use it and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the full order amount.All orders may be subject to verification and fraud screening. We may request additional information to verify a transaction.
5) Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards
Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated terms, may not be combined, and typically exclude gift cards and final sale items.
Discount codes are applied in the currency stated and cannot be retroactively added after checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, gift cards are non-refundable and valid for the period required by applicable law.
6) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Shipping options, costs, and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout and further outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, and peak seasons.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided (including where the carrier applies Authority to Leave at a safe place).
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after carrier-confirmed delivery.

7) Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact info@kaylascollectives.com immediately.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
If a change is not possible, you may be able to proceed under our Returns Policy.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Please review our Returns Policy for detailed conditions and steps.
Return window: 30 days from delivery (items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags/packaging intact and hygiene seals where applicable).
Outcome: We issue store credit for approved returns.
Size exchange: You may request a new size at 50% of the original price (subject to availability).
Faulty/incorrect items: We’ll arrange a free replacement or store credit once verified.
Partial refunds: May be offered at our discretion.
Full refund option: If you require a 100% refund, you may be asked to return the item to our overseas supplier; the refund will be processed within 7 business days of verified receipt or accepted proof of return shipment, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is confirmed faulty. Items marked final sale and certain categories (e.g., intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, accessories) may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
9) Product Information & Availability
We work to display product details (including colors) as accurately as possible; actual colors may vary by device settings and lighting. Products, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities per order or per customer.
10) Intellectual Property
All content on the Website—including text, graphics, logos, images, video, design, and software—is owned by or licensed to kaylascollectives and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only, without modifying or removing notices. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
All trademarks, logos, and trade dress are the property of their respective owners.
11) User Content (Reviews, Social, Submissions)
If you submit reviews, images, or other content, you grant kaylascollectives a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute such content for marketing and operational purposes.
You represent that you own or control the rights to any content you submit and that your content does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.
12) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by:
Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
Interfering with security or Website operation
Using bots or scraping data without permission
Uploading harmful code or violating others’ privacy or IP rights
