30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
All returned items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
With all tags and packaging intact
Free of marks, stains, perfume, or other scents
With hygiene stickers in place (for bodysuits, swimwear, or intimates)
Store Credit & Exchanges
We offer store credit for all approved returns.
Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.
We also offer size exchanges — simply request your new size and receive it at 50% of the original price (subject to availability).
In some cases, our team may waive the need for return shipping to speed up processing and reduce waste. If a return is required, we’ll provide detailed instructions for international shipment.
Refunds & Partial Refunds
We do not provide full refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or similar reasons.
In some cases, partial refunds may be approved at our discretion.
If you wish to receive a full 100% refund, you may ship your item directly to our overseas supplier. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days of proof of return shipment.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can assist you as quickly as possible.
Once verified, we’ll promptly arrange a free replacement or issue store credit for the affected item.

Important Notes
kaylascollectives is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned unless faulty.
Accessories, bodysuits, lingerie, and swimwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Returns that do not meet our condition requirements may be sent back to the customer.
