All parcels are shipped from our international fulfillment partners with full tracking updates provided after dispatch.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be extended slightly — but we always work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Please note: Online orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 4–12 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and carrier schedules.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

You can track your parcel anytime via our Track Your Order page.
If you haven’t received your tracking email within 5 days of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer service team.
Delivery & Responsibility
All parcels are shipped with Authority to Leave — meaning the courier may leave your package in a safe location if you’re unavailable at delivery.
If the courier determines the location is safe and leaves the parcel, kaylascollectives cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft after delivery is confirmed.
Delays may occasionally occur due to high-volume periods, customs inspections, or extreme weather. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases.
Taxes & Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Customers are responsible for any such fees that apply upon delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

kaylascollectives is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an address error is detected before dispatch, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes are unfortunately not possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our team as soon as possible at info@kaylascollectives.com.
Once an order has been shipped or tracking has been issued, we’re unable to make any further changes.
Lost or Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to sender or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address details, unclaimed delivery, or refusal to pay customs fees, the customer will receive store credit for the value of the items purchased (excluding original shipping costs).
kaylascollectives is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
