Refund policy

If a purchase does not meet your expectations, please review the information below and follow the applicable steps.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within this period.

To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team at info@kaylascollectives.com. Include your order number, which can be found in your confirmation email.

Returns must be approved before items are shipped back. Any items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and detailed instructions for shipping the item.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Be in their original condition and packaging
  • Include all original tags (if applicable)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or only partially refunded.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, the order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be changed or canceled.

If your order has already shipped, you may still request a return upon receiving the item, in accordance with our return policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, notify us immediately at info@kaylascollectives.com.

To expedite support, include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After reviewing your request, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and item availability.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for sizing or color differences, subject to inventory.

To exchange an item:

  1. Contact us at info@kaylascollectives.com with your order number and desired exchange details.
  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. After receiving and verifying your return, you may place a new order for the preferred size or item.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item within 7 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

If 15 business days have passed since your return approval and no refund has been received, contact us at info@kaylascollectives.com.
